Dr. McCann Lee was involved in an ATV accident as a teenager, which left her without many teeth and rendered her jaw immobile. Dr. McCann Lee experienced how oral health affects systemic health. Her first-hand journey in recovering from the effects of dental trauma led her to specialize her practice on the mouth-body connection and dental implants. She is passionate about teaching general dentists implant surgery and created a guided surgical implant program that is taught around the country in order to increase access to care for the population. When not working or mentoring other dentists, Dr. McCann Lee loves to be in the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Dr. Douglas Lee, and two pugs, Ricky, and Jules. She and her husband enjoy snow skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and scuba diving. She also has a passion for traveling and learning about new cultures.
