The loss of an anterior tooth can be a frightening and stressful situation for any patient. Throughout this course, participants will learn to predicably replace anterior teeth in a way that, after treatment, no one can detect that any dentistry has been done. This two-day lecture, hands on workshop, and demonstrations will help you navigate the complex world of replacing teeth in the esthetic zone, preserving hard and soft tissue, and strategies to minimize stress on the patient, team, and clinician. 


LEARNING OBJECTIVES



  • Establish objective esthetic criteria for evaluating anterior implant results’ pink and white aesthetic score and compare cement vs. screw-retained restorations 

  • Master predictable anterior implant placement with a simple surgical and prosthetic protocol 

  • Discover best practices for tissue preservation and ridge alterations 

  • Understand ideal anterior implant placement dimensions 

  • Review ridge preservation techniques, including bone grafting and soft tissue management, for long-term esthetic results 

  • Discuss material impacts on tissue and immediate provisionalization options 

  • Practice fabrication of screw retained implant restoration and screw retained custom healing abutment
