LEARNING OBJECTIVES



  • Compare bone-borne, tooth-borne, soft tissue-borne, and implant-borne surgical guides and their applications 

  • Compare free hand versus guided surgery for accuracy 

  • Acquire hands-on experience in ordering and use of surgical guides with the DIRECTguide keyless surgical kit 

  • Diagnose and treatment plan complex cases from scan to final prosthesis delivery using appropriate guides and sleeves, drills, scan bodies, and multi-unit abutments 

  • Explore techniques for keyless surgery, partial extraction therapy, sleeving for surgical guides, and complete a full digital workflow for All-on-X cases using stackable bone foundation guide
