The market trend in recent years has shifted towards shortened surgical times, immediate placement, graftless approaches. Immediate implant placement with provisionalization has been proven in clinical studies as a successful implant therapy option. This course will dive into case selection, socket shield technique, preserving buccal plate, atraumatic extraction techniques, the different classifications of immediate versus delayed implant placement, managing complications, and two days of handson exercises. Course participants will leave with the knowledge for effective decision making in choosing immediate vs delayed approaches, increasing predictability in their implant procedures.
